If you take discovery calls, sales calls or have check-ins with your clients - something that changed the game for me was changing my availability to ONLY allow calls to be booked on 2 days of the week.

For me, it’s Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Having 5 calls over 2 days VERSUS having 1 call a day over 5 days allows me to get into a flow state the other 3 days & get things done or honestly, just be able to chill more 😂.
